Oh I know you are wondering if Jesus still heals today? That’s the question that every believer is asking right now? Or was it simply a myth in the bible or simply bible stories that were made up centuries ago. So what do you believe? As a result many people are turning away from the bible. Simply, because they believe it was man written so they don’t believe in the bible anymore.

What Does the Bible Says About Jesus Still Heals Today?

Jeremiah 17:14 – Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.

Jeremiah 33:6 – Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security.

1 Peter 2:24 – He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.

Psalm 41:3 – The Lord sustains him on his sickbed; in his illness you restore him to full health.

Psalm 147:3 – He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Proverbs 17:22 – A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

James 5:15 – And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

3 John 1:2 – Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.

Short Prayer for Healing – “Father, help me to keep my focus on You when the pain and hurt are overwhelming. Help me be faithful and see the good and blessings surrounding me. Please strengthen my mind, heart, and body, and heal me today. May the Holy Spirit guide me in peace and comfort. Amen.”

Is There A Healing Ministry in the 21st Century that Jesus Still Heals Today?

In the event that things have changed from the early 1950s when we had the generals of 5 five fold ministry. As you all know we had, we had the most powerful movement of the Holy Spirit Revival ever then. Given that some of these great men and women include: Smith Wigglesworth“Apostle of Faith,” Kathryn Kuhlman “The Woman Who Believed in Miracles”.  A.A Allen “The Miracle Man,” Maria Woodworth-Etter “Demonstrator of the Spirit , William J Seymour “The Catalyst of Pentecost,” and Aimee Semple McPherson “A Woman of Destiny.” These people were so powerful, they were know as God’s Generals.

In view of others, during those times, many healing miracles were taking place during those times. So if healing miracles were taking place then, there were still doubters and unbelievers. On (the) condition (that) all those healing miracles were still taking place, many as well did not believe them when it was right in front of their eyes. 

To put it another way, many healing miracles were taking place so yes Jesus still heals today. Simply, people do not believe it when it’s right in front of their eyes. As an illustration, people were coming from all parts of the world to get healed from one of God’s generals. As a matter of fact, many people did not believe, but they were still healed. That’s what changed their minds, some people came because they wanted to be nosey and see what everyone was talking about. Many unbelievers, doubters turned to give their lives to Jesus Christ.

Where Are The Healing Ministry in the 21st Century that Shows Jesus Still Heals Today?

Equally important, Jesus still heals today in the 21st century, the bible is still the same, it hasn’t changed. As a matter of fact, God never changes His word. Malachi 3:6 and Hebrews 13:8 declare that God is the same always and never ever changes. He is always good, always loving, always all-powerful. No matter how this world changes around us, we can trust God is consistent. He is the same yesterday, today, and Forever!

Not only…but also healing miracles are taking place today in the real, natural and spiritual world. Whenever you have time, you can look at Apostle Jonathan Ferguson where healing miracles are always taking place. For example, a woman was healed from Cancer in one of his services. Together with fasting and prayer, you can get healed from anything. 

Matthew 6:17-18

“But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.”

Can You Get Healed From the Healing Foods in the Bible?

At the present time, did you know that there are healing foods from the bible that will heal your body? In the same fashion / way there are many foods for many different health benefits as well to prevent you from sickness, illness or any disease. It’s so many benefits of eating healing foods from the Bible, although it may seem like it’s a sacrifice, but the rewards are worth it. Therefore, biblical food can help with weight loss, fruits and vegetables are the best for weight loss. In fact, natural raw fruits and vegetables carry fewer calories and are easier to digest than processed foods.

Eating healing foods from the bible can also give you a longer lifespan and to help you live longer. Furthermore, it will give you no health complications at all and you will heal faster if you get sick. Equally important, eating healing foods from the bible can improve mood and give you more energy. On the other hand, when you intake bad foods, it will make you feel sad or depressed. Whenever you eat the right foods, it will balance your hormones and improve your moods.

Heartwarming, we all love to read our bible and follow Jesus Christ principals of our daily lives. Accordingly, to Isaiah 53:5, “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes, we are healed.” If Jesus Christ said we are healed by His stripes we will be healed in Jesus Name. 

Ezekiel 47:12

And on the banks, on both sides of the river, there will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither, nor their fruit fail, but they will bear fresh fruit every month, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing.”

Revelation 22:2 

Down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.

For this purpose, we know teas are made from leaves or plants in the garden. So in the bible it did not say the exact word tea but it is made from leaves or flowers for a healing in our bodies.

Do You Have Faith that Jesus Christ Can Heal You?

Remember through the power and blood of Jesus Christ, we can all be healed if we really want to be healed. But you must start with your mind, body, and spirit because your soul has to be healed first to get delivered from the sickness inside of your body. If you have faith in Jesus Christ that He will heal you than you will be healed by Jesus Christ.

Do you remember in the woman in the bible that had the issues of blooding for 12 long years? Mark 9:25 A nd there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, 26 and who had suffered much under many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was no better but rather grew worse. 27 She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment. 28 For she said, “If I touch even his garments, I will be made well.” 29 And immediately the flow of blood dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease.

Your Faith Can Heal You because Your Body Can Heal Itself

30 And Jesus, perceiving in himself that power had gone out from him, immediately turned about in the crowd and said, “Who touched my garments?” 31 And his disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing around you, and yet you say, ‘Who touched me?’” 32 And he looked around to see who had done it. 33 But the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came in fear and trembling and fell down before him and told him the whole truth. 34 And he said to her, “ Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.

Her faith made her heal, all she believed that if she touched Jesus she will be healed and that’s what happened. How many of you believe that Jesus will healed you if you touched Him. Yes Jesus can come to you to heal you from prophets, apostles, laying of the hands and the Holy Spirit.
