Focusing on the problems instead of the solutions is the problem. Focusing on solutions changes things a lot. It forces your brain to stop worrying and to think about what can be done about your situation. Bad things happen to all of us, daily. The question is what do we do after these bad things happen.

    1. Hello Riley! How are you doing? I do agree that focusing on the solutions is better than focusing on the problems will changes things a lot. I feel like that will make everything better and do not worry all the time. Yes bad things does happen to us but it’s up us to change it around and it make our life better.

Sometimes you need to talk to someone close like a friend or family member. Someone that really cares for you and won’t judge you. Sometimes you just can’t figure things out on your own no matter what. At least, that’s the case for me. Whenever I find myself in the same place as I was some time ago or making the same mistakes I always call a wonderful friend. She listens to me venting and then helps me find the best solutions.

    1. Hello Isabella! How are you doing? I think it’s amazing that you have someone close to you to talk to, not everyone has that. That’s so good to hear, some people really have a hard time opening up to some close friends or family because they feel like they would judge them. So, I’m so glad you have someone who truly cares about you and always gives you the best solutions to your problems.

  3. It’s hard not to focus on the negative things but I do get what you’re saying. We shouldn’t dwell too much on them because when we do we aren’t actually changing anything. We’re just staying in that worry state. It’s not helping. I think we all need a bit of time to cry and be sad/worried when bad things happen. But we shouldn’t “live” in such states for too long.

    1. Hello Emma! I understand it’s hard not to focus on the negative things but you must change your mindset and focus on the positive things in your life. When you do that, everything will work itself out. Yes you may need some time to heal but you must not dwell in it but overcome it in Jesus Name!
