Stress and our modern lifestyle go hand in hand, unfortunately. I wanted to change that so I finally bought this. It’s not a magic solution, a genie you pull from a lamp, it only works if you work too.
I was a few steps away from going completely mental so something had to change.
This workbook is now part of my daily practice, I can’t function without it.
Difficult? Yes! But so worth the effort!
Writing in this workbook is now pure joy. No I don’t do it because I’m severely stressed or anxious, I’m doing it because I like the current me and would love to have her around forever.
My first workbook of this kind, a nice find. A bit overpriced for me but once you get your hand on it you will see it’s worth it.
As with all good things/results, it takes commitment. If you abandon working on yourself there’s no surprise that stress will come back slowly but surely.
You can see Christy put a lot of thought and work into this workbook. I had to buy one for my husband as well, it really helps you to find peace in the mundane and to focus more on the happy stuff you have going on.
I was afraid to order this workbook thinking it would end up being abandoned like all the other journals, planners and workbooks but this is one a kind. If you’re a woman of faith who’s struggling to find peace, check this out, please.
Great quality! A very handy tool that surprised me with how easy and down to chase the approach is.
Love, love, love this! I thought I just had to accept the fact that I will be a stressed and stressful person forever and ever. After months of introspection and a lot of soul searching I am more at peace than I ever was.
Bought it on sale and I’m so very glad I did. Excellent resource for stressed gals like myself #betternow
